Let GitHub preview description of conflicting PRs #2

Instead of providing an URL to the conflicting PR, let GitHub preview the PR description by simply providing the #number.

Not sure if this is worth it. The live title and merge status can already be seen by hovering over the link. If the merge status is outdated, the comment needs to be edited anyway and this change doesn't seem like a strict improvement.
