Added Entity Support + Minor Bugfixes / Updates

This pull request will add

• Entity support in the format of EntityName/Account:Sub1:Sub2... or Account:Sub1:Sub2... which will default to the Default entity.
  • All reports treat Entity as the top-level item
  • Cross-entity transactions are invalid and will result in a failed verification
• Edited various computer-specific bits to allow for debugging
• Removal of global and mutable transactionId variable in favor of fparsec's UserState support
• collapse function for List and Array which takes a list of tuples and reduces them to (key,values[]) tuples
