Not many difference exists, there is a GTIN, and Translator TAG missing. Not much really. The Tags are already in, and a change has already been added to keep any new Element in the ComicInfo part (so not in the Array of Pages) that other software might be using so they aren't stripped. I don't know these tags are absolutely necessary, the TAGS I had already done even before releasing this version and keeping the unknown tags will satisfy pretty much anyone.
Since we already had a big discussion over there, I will close this. But do sent your feedback to that page.
The subject says it all really. Hardly essential, but maybe an alternative export that can be chosen? The major comic servers all support this (and are largely directly involved in it too), and it's just an enhancement of the original.
I know there are a few standards floating around, but this is the one that the server developers are getting behind, so might as well stick with the people making the servers!
