Any thoughts on PRing the libpylon rosdep rule into https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/blob/master/rosdep/base.yaml ? It would make installation and use of this package easier. I'm happy to do the PR if the maintainers are OK with the idea.

https://github.com/magazino/pylon_camera/pull/23 would need to be merged first to fix the rosdep rule.
