Decimation, Light Sources and Processed Raw Enabled parameters added #46

Added the options to set the decimation feature to the camera, set the light source optimization and to enable the processed raw. These features are needed from us (Altair lab) to improve image acquisition. We have an acA1600-60gc Basler ace GigE camera.
