Problem description

We're adding a bit of MAGDA flair to DGA by changing and elaborating on the colour.

The banner doesn't have a link to the old site. The x needs to be more visible.

When a user clicks on the search bar, the helper text should be dismissed. The text colour for the user's input needs to be the purple.

Homepage: the body text should be in the DL black, not purple. Heading should remain purple

[x] Make text links white and underlined
[x] Move 'Developed by' etc to below the line shown in image
