Some geospatial datasets do not show the map preview

Problem description

Sometimes the geospatial datasets have trouble showing the map preview. This happens especially when multiple geospatial formats are available (with KML/KMZ being main culprits). Examples:

• All power stations: https://data.gov.au/dataset/ds-ga-04661f51-82ee-144e-e054-00144fdd4fa6/details?q=all%20power%20stations; it doesn't work with the KMZ file, but it does work when exported in CSV and dragged on NatMap
• taxation statistics https://data.gov.au/search?q=taxation; only 2011-12 working This might be because it's the only one having other formats than Excel and CSV

Problem reproduction steps

• select All Power Stations
• no map representation
• download CSV and test on NatMap

The GA Power stations data has a better API here: http://services.ga.gov.au/gis/rest/services/Electricity_Infrastructure/MapServer If the lack of it in the resource is the problem, let me know and I'll ask them to add it
