How can i make call between direct Ip to Ip without sip provider #554

Is there any way to make call by just dialing IP address .Simply IP to IP 
call.how can i do it, what changes should i do in pjsip code.I dont want to 
register in any server or voip provider.The call will happen only in local 
wifi.jus lke SJPhone application do in Mac (http://www.sjlabs.com/sjp.html)
