No DTMF found heard while on call #569

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a call
2. After the call is established select a number from the dialer key pad (send 
a DTMF tone)
3. DTMF is working fine but no sound is heard (while I'm on call), but when I'm 
making a call the dial pad key sounds are heard well even for both cases the 
same function is used :
PhonePad->(void)playSoundForKey:(int)key.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to heard sound (dialer pad key selected sound) while I'm on call and 
I'm sending a DTMF tones

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Tested on iPhone 3G, 3GS and 4

Please provide any additional information below.
