Run test workflows on all branch PRs (part 2) #100

Description (*)

This PR changes the following workflows to run on all PRs, not just to branch 2.4-develop:

Coding Standard Baseline
Unit Tests
NX Integration Tests

Fixes https://github.com/mage-os/mageos-magento2/pull/99, which had invalid YAML syntax (can't start an unquoted value with *; and ** is required to also catch slashes).
