iPay88 does not allows micropayments: «Invalid parameters(Invalid Amount)». I should disable iPay88 payment option for such payments.

iPay88 does not provide a test mode, any payment transaction is real, so we need to remove the test mode settings

Remove the `layout` attribute (e.g.: `layout='1column'`) from the root `<page>` tag in the layout XML files because this attribute value is not necessary for us, but can conflict with some third-party design themes and some third-party checkout extensions
