Add the «Date of Birth» field to the bank card payment form

It will solve the issue:

• We should ensure that we have the cardholder's date of birth, because Moip fails to accept a payment if no date provided: «PAY-033»: «A data de nascimento do portador do cartão é inválido»

It should be prefilled from the standard Magento «Date Of Birth» customer attribute:

Translation: «Data de nascimento».
