Hi @Vinai

currently only changes to the etc/adminhtm/system.xml will be detected. Sometimes we use includes in some modules. It is possible, to observe the directory [module]/etc/adminhtml/system/*.xml too?

Yes of course, good point! Can't do it right now, but I'll roll a new release this week.
