Suggestion: clear block_html and full_page on ViewModel change #97

I often find myself manually pressing v in the cache-clean utility when doing changes to ViewModel classes.

It'd be an improvement if block_html and full_page get cleared when a ViewModel class changes.

When I find some spare time in the near future I'll create a PR for this, if you'd like!
