Lier, Disciple of the Drowned can't flashback adventures #11267

[[Lier, Disciple of the Drowned]]'s second ability should allow its controller to cast the adventure side of a card in their graveyard by paying the flashback cost offered by Lier. As it stands, with an adventure in your graveyard, Xmage does not allow you to attempt to cast the card. See this video for specifics on why this unintuitive interaction is allowed.

{3}{U}{U} Legendary Creature — Human Wizard 3/4 Spells can't be countered. Each instant and sorcery card in your graveyard has flashback. The flashback cost is equal to that card's mana cost.

Although I have not tested, this is likely also broken with MDFCs that are only an instant/sorcery on the back side. And we should future-proof it against any other weird card types that might come; if something could be put on the stack as an instant or sorcery, then Lier applies to it.

Relevant ZNR release notes: If an effect allows you to play a land or cast a spell from among a group of cards, you may play or cast a modal double-faced card with any face that fits the criteria of that effect. For example, if Sejiri Shelter / Sejiri Glacier is in your graveyard and an effect allows you to play lands from your graveyard, you could play Sejiri Glacier. That effect doesn't allow you to cast Sejiri Shelter.
