[[Reflection of Kiki-Jiki]]
Fable of the Mirror-Breaker // Reflection of Kiki-Jiki - (Gatherer) (Scryfall) (EDHREC)
{2}{R} Enchantment — Saga (As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter.) I — Create a 2/2 red Goblin Shaman creature token with "Whenever this creature attacks, create a Treasure token." II — You may discard up to two cards. If you do, draw that many cards. III — Exile this Saga, then return it to the battlefield transformed under your control. :arrows_counterclockwise: Enchantment Creature — Goblin Shaman 2/2 {1}, {T}: Create a token that's a copy of another target nonlegendary creature you control, except it has haste. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step.
n.b. this is likely due to it being a copy of the back face of a card, not necessarily anything to do with it being Reflection of Kiki-Jiki that was copied. I haven't tested it with other similar cards but I would be willing to bet money that any of the saga/creature DFCs, at minimum, have the same problem.
Situation: You have two copies of Reflection of Kiki-Jiki on the board (that is, the flipped version of Fable of the Mirror-Breaker) With one of the Reflection of Kiki-Jiki, create a copy of the other Reflection of Kiki-Jiki
Expected outcome: A Reflection of Kiki-Jiki token with haste is created
Actual outcome: A Reflection of Kiki-Jiki token without haste is created
To my knowledge, when we copy creature other than Reflection of Kiki-Jiki with another Reflection of Kiki-Jiki, the created token does get haste. Also, I remember that some time ago (probably 1~2 months?), it worked correctly.
This issue is relevant because many decks in Modern and Pioneer play Fable of the Mirror-Breaker and without the bug, when you have two Reflections of Kiki-Jiki you can at the end step of your opponent create many copies of Reflection of Kiki-Jiki to attack with them during your next turn.
