Resurrection Orb trigger working on creature that changed zones. #12974

My creature that was targeted by the delay trigger of Resurrection Orb got returned to the battlefield after it was exiled while in my graveyard.

Looks like ReturnToBattlefieldUnderOwnerControlAttachedEffect doesn't check zcc
