Creatures are coming in with counters on them.

I tested this with creature type Construct and used Memnite. The Memnite's entered with no +1/+1 counters on them. Do you have a game log?

2 Solemnity out and still Geralfs-Messenger gets its undying counter.

Kitchen Finks also gets its persist counter with Solemnity out.

Phyrexian Unlife did not make me get Poison counters, that part works!

I tested Undying and Persist. Both worked fine on the current build. Just wait until the next release.

Cannot reproduce; this appears to be fixed.
