[KHM] Jorn, God of Winter tooltip #7699

I was playing with Jorn, God of Winter as my commander in a FFA EDH game. I did damage to one of my opponents multiple times but no matter how much damage I dealt, Jorn's tooltip never showed the amount at all. Furthermore, it didn't show the word "Commander", unlike all the other commanders at the table.

Seems related to #7637 and #7961.

Might be because their backside is a non-creature.
