Deadeye navigator soulbound commander invalid attack #7811

While playing locally hosted commander (playtesting) when akiri line-slinger is soulbounded to deadeye navigator akiri line-slinger can attack a player and all planeswalkers in play.

Seems to bound all creatures the player controls. Akiri was unblockable due to the thopters having flying.
