MDFC Commanders don't let you cast their backside from the command zone #7961

Just tried on the latest beta client with [[Jadzi]]. Also noticed that none of the bots are playing their commanders anymore, even if they aren't MDFC.

AI commanders fixed in #7955, but not yet on beta.

I tested this several times on [[Jadzi]] and it never let me cast the backside, but when I tested with [[Esika]], it let me cast the backside just fine. Might be a card-specific issue? I wouldn't know why... last beta it was fine and the card's file hasn't been touched in months.

EDIT: Now it isn't letting me cast Jadzi at all.

EDIT: It seems every turn it sort of randomly decides which sides are castable and which aren't.
