Willbreaker bugged? #8304

With willbreakers ability targeting my commander, Atris, Oracle of Half-Truths i cast Illusionist's stratagem to flicker her and nother one of my creatures, it resolved but willbreakers ability was still targeting my commander, Atris and it was stolen. She should have became a new card and the willbreaker ability should have fissled.
