Related to daybound/nightbound mechanic from #8200. Client must play sound after day/night change.

Additional tasks:

[ ] sound engine can be improved to receive play sound commands from the server (current version compares a battlefield between game updates and play sounds by a diff).

Not sure if this should be a separate issue, but I think it'd be nice to have a day/night emblem show the current day/night value without needing to check the game log.
