Feature Request: More customization options for Freeform Unlimited Commander #8774

I am using this game/tournament type for a custom draft tournament.

I'd like to be able to set the starting life total to the standard 20 life rather than the Commander default of 40.

Also, these are 1v1 duels, so I'd like the option to specify that the starting player does NOT draw a card during their first draw step.

Finally (not as important), I'd like the option to disable the 21 points of Commander damage ending the game.

Can these options be added to the host setup dialog box so they can be customized as desired by the host?

I thought of another one: it would be GREAT to have a sideboard that exists separately from the Commander slot, so that we can sideboard in a Bo3 match.

Further clarification about the card draw bug:

It was discovered that this bug (where the player on the play draws a card during their first draw step in a 1v1 duel) ONLY exists when playing a one-off Match. If a full tournament is set up, the draw steps work correctly (the player on the play correctly doesn't draw a card on their first turn).
