in case that it might be helpful, a copy of Urza Planeswalker done with Spark Double don't have this issue

Had the same issue with [[Titania, Voice of Gaea]], with her melded version on the field the triggered ability for lands hitting the graveyard was still triggering. Nothing new really.

At the beginning of your upkeep, if there are four or more land cards in your graveyard and you both own and control Titania, Voice of Gaea and a land named Argoth, Sanctum of Nature, exile them, then meld them into Titania, Gaea Incarnate.
