MySQL parameter optimisation

Would it be interesting to add MySQL optimalisation to the panel?

Getting the values is not that hard probably (show variables ..) but not sure what the easiest way to detect the correct value is, based on table size + available memory.

These settings are a bit theoretical and do not work / help in all cases. Concerning the batch sizes - these shouldn't really be tuned if the index is fast enough. Opinions on how fast the indexer should be are also biased and differ from case to case.

Concerning the MySQL performance settings - shared hosting, the presence of several other tools, a merge between Magento 2 and Wordpress and several other cases might influence the way the hosting tunes these settings. This makes me draw the conclusion that there is no golden bullet.

This made us take the following conclusions:

• Since we aim to check for definite performance wins and this dashboard is also aimed towards merchants, the batch sizes will not be included in the dashboard
• MySQL settings are also not definite, but we can check for default and < default settings, this is what I have implemented
