[Enhancement] Adding inbound and outbound healing element

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. To implement my ideas in skills, I need parameters such as inbound and outbound healing. There are no alternatives yet.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like the plugin to have elements such as:

• Inbound healing parameter for buff, condition, trigger. By inbound healing, I mean heal which gets the target.
• Outbound healing parameter for buff, condition, trigger. By outbound healing, I mean heal that comes from the target.

Additional context I need to write a skill for the Healer class that would increase outgoing healing from all skills.

As I already wrote in the discord, it would be great to see the healing power stat for weapons.
