Can add a config that shows enable/disable skills cooldown time in the bossbar?

Interesting idea even though I wouldn't recommend using bossbars for that but I think this should become a "bossbar mechanic" suggestion rather than cooldown. You can still manually add it to display the correct the cooldown inside the skill. Having too many skills might make your screen not so nice. Also the plugin does not have any options to display the actual ticking cooldown other than hotbar casting item number going down so not sure how that would go.
