Replaced code that had been removed after deprecation for VotingPlugin with currently valid code to fix support for VotingPlugin points. Updated VotingPlugin dependency.
Note: this only builds if EpicSpawners support is also removed, but wasn't sure that change would be accepted, so left it out of the PR (EDIT: I fixed EpicSpawners support in the latest commit. It now compiles as is)
