"Name" should be changed to "Name (agencyname)" #25

@DarkStar1 When the "Add Connection Profile"-button is clicked, the "Create Profile"-dialog pops up. Could we change the text displayed in the "Name" form field to "Name (agencyname)"?

(According to the comments in #13 we need to autogenerate the <control>-section in the EAD file) - then we can use the value entered in this field to fill out <agencyname> in the <control>-section in the generated EAD file. In this way the user will be hinted that the value in this field will be used in the EAD file.

Not really as it should be possible to have multiple profiles per agency. Naming scheme should be left up to user decisions. Perhaps that should be an optional attributes/tag in the mapping XML that can be read if it exists.

@DarkStar1 That right - I forgot about the multiple profiles feature. I will put it in the mapping instead
