Magenta just generates MIDI notes, it's not an instrument that outputs sounds.
To make it work, you need to have the MIDI notes generated by Magenta on a different MIDI lane, and some kind of MIDI instrument on that.
According to your video:
Move the notes that Magenta has created to a different MIDI lane (for example: "2-Midi"), put some kind of MIDI instrument on that, and you should be able to hear some sounds.
How do we get it so we can hear the output?
Ableton somewhat-noob here. I followed the video for Magenta Studio and tried to Generate some music. I can see that it's there, but when I press Play, no sound comes out. I checked that my audio devices set up to the laptop speakers, but for some reason the "MIDI Out" for the Magenta Studio MIDI channel is set to "No Output".
When I check Arrangement view, there's nothing there.
I made a video of what's happening, here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/qmfxu88paco0zdc/magenta_no_worky.mov?dl=0
