I want to be able to support little illustrations as part of chapter and/or part headings.

My guess is this will require writing some Ruby to make it happen, since I doubt it'll work in the obvious way. You can't just insert a illustration and then == New Chapter because making the new chapter implies a page-break, AFAICT.

Related to #9 (some parts of the 'style' aren't actually handled by Asciidoctor-PDF's style engine)

FYI The Wolfskull Standard isn't going to use chapter-illustrations after all, but rather one illustration per part.
