Acceptance Criteria:

\Magento\Framework\Encryption\Crypt::encrypt() is deprecated
Static test that validate that neither \Magento\Framework\Encryption\Crypt::encrypt(), nor native mcrypt::encrypt() is used

Note: based on the decision made in https://github.com/magento-engcom/php-7.2-support/issues/129, the entire \Magento\Framework\Encryption\Crypt may need to be deprecated.
