Module new version 1.4.0 #67

A small inoffensive change in etc/config.xml:

    <modules>
        <Hackathon_HoneySpam>
            <version>1.4.0</version>
        </Hackathon_HoneySpam>
    </modules>

Would be better to update this value in the next version, indeed. But we should not re-release due to this IMHO :)
