GeoLite City version of DB #9

Hi, I need to implement the City Version for project I'm currently working. Did you think about implementing it on your module? Any concern of using your module as a base for this future?

It may be an idea but currently I have absolutely no time to do it.

If you feel strong enough to make a proper implementation feel free to make a pull request.

What do you think to use https://github.com/maxmind/geoip-api-php instead of wrapper.php We could add it in magento_root/lib folder as submodule.

Hard to say. This has to be examined and maybe will make extension much more heavyweight.

Would be great if city / postal could be added (I understand the laborious task ... :)
