Continue porting the improved import features from AvS_FastSimpleImport to Magento 2.
Development has started on a previous hackathon: https://github.com/firegento/FireGento_ExtendedImport2
The main feature of FastSimpleImport (array import adapter) has already been ported to a separate extension: https://github.com/firegento/FireGento_FastSimpleImport2 (we decided to split the features into two extensions)
