(if possible, otherwise remove Scrutinizer and consider different CI tool)
Access credentials seem to be restricted to Bitbucket, Github and SSH Keys: https://scrutinizer-ci.com/docs/build/access_credentials
Disabling the automatic dependency check would be an option but this seems to be impossible too: https://scrutinizer-ci.com/docs/reviews/configure_automated_checks
