Tweak toolbar.css #10

Set switch height, tweak open button, remove margin.

Not sure if the margin was intentional, but if felt weird to leave a gap between the active + hover state, or was that intentional?

Also tweaks to the browser button (which wasn't there before the storage PR).

It was intentional, but I had my doubts myself, so if you also thing it should be removed that seems a good concencis
