Catalog Data Indexing Requirements - Bulk Updates #230

As a Commerce Merchant,

I would like Magento to quickly reindex my catalog data bulk updates into Storefront

So that

I can keep my Storefront application up to date with the latest product and pricing data.

Acceptance Criteria

Magento supports reindexing any bulk product changes done in the admin or PIM. Those changes must be available in Storefront in < 10 min.
