Eliminate dependency on MessageBroker in SF API Tests

To be able test SF API with standalone installation via gRPC need to eliminate dependency on MessageBroker in SF API Tests

remove Magento\CatalogMessageBroker\Model\MessageBus\Category\CategoriesConsumer usage for any test in catalog-storefront module
rename test \Magento\CatalogStorefront\Test\Api\Category\TestCategories to \Magento\CatalogStorefront\Test\Api\Category\CategoriesTest (not working in CI)
