5 times during the last month I needed this feature alone.
The ability to add a CMS block to a product by attribute values would save so much time it is just insane.

Why is the widget rule options not fully integrated like other parts of the admin? The support and technology is there, yet it is not possible to utilize it fully.
In "Widget options" using "CMS Static Block" the conditions rule engine is not visible/functional.
Expected behavior (*)
Be able to use the rule based engine to more specifically say where a widget can go.
For example we want to place a static block on all product pages in "Main Content Bottom" for all products in category 10 or with a specific attribute.
This is not currently possible. You need to select each and every product where you want this block to go. When you add new products, you need to do this again, every single time.
Benefits
Having ability to more granularly specify where a widget can be shown, saves hours of work for managing content across multiple products.
Legislation requires some type of products to display warnings or information before purchase. Having a central place to update this information, and apply it on all products instead of having to update every single product description manually would save HOURS.
