Change image compression quality in admin #155

Ability to change image upload compression quality in admin.

Right now if you upload 8-bit PNG the image gets distorted, and the small images are pixelated.

Colors are also off.

We simply want more options for both JPG and PNG files in the backend without having to make an extension.
