Unable to add extension_attributes for ProductCustomOptionValuesInterface

Preconditions

I would love to be able be able to add extension attributes to Magento\Catalog\Api\Data\ProductCustomOptionValueInterface however it does not extend Magento\Framework\Api\ExtensibleDataInterface

Many other related interfaces allow this. Some examples:

• ProductInterface
• ProductCustomOptionInterface
• ProductCustomOptionTypeInterface
• etc

Is there a reason why this does not exist on ProductCustomOptionValueInterface?

Hello, Looking for this feature too. Just want to add some new fields to the multiple options and it would be cool to have extensions attributes in ProductCustomOptionValueInterface
