Newsletter Double-opt-in for Registered users #52

Currently Magento has Double-opt-in email for Newsletter registration. This can be configured in Magento Stores Configuration.

But for German laws, current problem is, that Double-opt-in is required also for already registered users. But Magento don't have this functionality.

So as improvement we propose to implement also Double-opt-in functionality for newsletter registration via Backend account.

For this have to be added one more configuration to Magento Backend, where user can enable/disable Double-opt-in for Registered users.
