[FEATURE] add Jalali calandar AKA Persian Calandar for magento2 #68

need Jalali AKA Prsian calandar for magento2

  1. jalali or persian calandar had 12 months

Preconditions

  1. Magento 2.3.x
  2. Magento 2.2.x
  3. Magento 2.1.x
  4. Magento 2.0.x

    Steps to reproduce

  5. there is no jalali calandar

Expected result

  1. A persian Calandar on locale change to fa_IR

Actual result

  1. no Persian Calandar

Hello;

I want to convert the calendar of magento2 to Persian calendar (Jalali Calendar):

everywhere of Magento 2 it is include DatePickers, because without Persian calendar Farsi speakers cannot use Magento 2 anyway.

Hi; Why Magento Corporation does not solves this issue, the Iranian peoples are not only users of this issue https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iranian_calendars
