Purpose of this pull request

Added a tutorial that I think adds to the page (an article on PR best practices)

Affected DevDocs pages

I do not see how the article haa relevance to the page it is being added to. The page is about GIT and how to use it.

The article is about the quality of Pull Requests which is different and not relevant to this page.

Yes. Although we appreciate you taking the time to contribute, this resource is subjective and extraneous.
