Fix Blackfire deprecated scenario syntax #410

Use the recommended one, as documented in Blackfire documentation.

I also renamed .blackfire.yml to .blackfire.yaml.

Hi @lolautruche , thank you for your contribution. I have to close this PR as .blackfire.yml file was removed from magento-cloud as we do not provide Blackfire to Magento Commerce Cloud anymore. See https://support.magento.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038412872
