Increase application disk size #536

The new minimum required application disk size for Magento Cloud is 11GB. Setting default to 15GB per discussions with product team.

Hi Tristan, I reached out on the internal Jira issue but there was some misunderstanding over the request. Going to close this and we can continue over the internal issue.
