User can add content to the Stage directly

As a marketer I want to create content in Page Builder with Row component to be optional so that I use Row component only when I need (like to add a background to the content inside or style it) and it doesn't bloat my content with additional HTML and inline CSS when I don't need it

Business Value No excessive HTML and inline CSS in Page Builder content

Preconditions

• Admin User is logged into Admin Panel
• Admin User creates a new entity that supports Page Builder

Acceptance Criteria

• User sees empty Stage with no Row content added by default
• User drags any content type to Stage and sees a handler that shows the drop zone is available on Stage, inside containers and in between of them
• User can drop Row content type only to the Stage
• User saves page and sees on the storefront that Row wrapper is not added by default to the content they created in Page Builder
