Row label appears over Content Type Options toolbar, when parallax background is enabled #712

Preconditions (*)

  1. develop

Steps to reproduce (*)

  1. Add Row Content Type to stage.
  2. Open Row Options
  3. Enable Parallax Background
  4. Save Row Options
  5. Notice that Row Content Type label shows up on the top of options toolbar.
